"Be there earlier and avoid peak time, the restaurant is kinda small setting, unless you want to sit outside with heat. Food is delicious, staff is friendly and restaurant is clean. Will try for second time for other dishes."

"Okonomiyaki specialty kitchen. We are seated at the bar table in-front of the teppan. We ordered a set for sharing, the chef will cook in front of us. One of the chef is Japanese. The size of food is satisfying. It took almost 15-20minutes for the dish to be served hot and fresh. We add on a side of karaage (fried) chicken, it is just phenomenal and juicy. I will definitely return to this restaurant"

"I just realised that I had paid a visit to the same restaurant in Lot 10 belatedly and was not impressed cos of the slightly small portions Vs the price. However when I was deciding on what to try whilst in Lalaport, I saw that their lunch menu was quite value for money thus went ahead. I would say that this time, I was happy . The set came with a large bowl of rice (which I can't finish) a decent sized piece of chicken thigh and loads of vegetables underneath the thigh. There were 3 sides too - fresh leaves, macaroni and egg salad. I added in the raw egg at an addition cos wanna have more protein. Note to self: no need to add, set is sufficiently filling The chicken teriyaki thigh tasted great and succulent and I was surprised that the size was quite alright. The bed of vegetables it was sitting on consists of cabbages, bean sprouts and some chives. Also good, not overcooked and soggy and the teriyaki sauce and dripping from the chicken made them taste even better. Can't say much about the sides though as they were normal, nothing extraordinary but the raw egg I added was good and fresh. Just right, no 'fridge' after taste and when mixed with the warm Japanese rice, it was a satisfying burst of flavour. Overall a good meal, value for money (considering the quality and quantity), and satisfying. Same set served during dinner would be costlier so might not be worth to have during dinner time."

"Fried chicken set is delicious. Pork belly set is over salted by sauce. Oku tastes normal. Surprised hot tea not available @ Japanese restaurant. Disappointed by the diluted cold tea charged @ 6rm. Service is friendly. Overall dining experience is satisfactory."

"A well-balanced and satisfying set! The grilled chicken was juicy with a lovely glaze, while the karaage was golden, crispy, and tender inside. Side dishes—especially the pickled greens and creamy pasta, added great variety. Salad was fresh, and the miso soup comforting. Green tea was refreshing, completing a hearty and flavorful meal. Excellent value and presentation."

"You know those rare spots where you get truly authentic Japanese food? This is one of them, and it's all thanks to the Japanese chef/founder. The food is delicious and the portions are generous—I just wish I could get free rice refills, HAHA! Their salad also really impressed me; it had a great salty kick that I loved. Before we paid, we even got to try a token challenge. I ended up scoring 10% off and winning vouchers in one go! Both the owner and we were surprised. Even though it was a bit warm during the day, the overall experience was awesome. I'm definitely coming back!"
